We use personal information only to run the shop and reply to you.

What we use

If you ask for a product availability notice, contact us or place an order, we use the details you provide to send that notice, answer you, process the order and handle delivery or returns. Availability emails are stored per product so we only contact you about the piece you selected. When you submit contact or delivery details in Shopify checkout, we may save your email, phone, name and address with the unpaid reservation to support checkout recovery and fulfilment. We do not store card details. Entering these details does not give consent to marketing messages. Our hosting service may also keep short-lived technical logs needed to operate and protect the site.

Cookies

We use first-party visitor and session identifiers to understand which product pages, sections and images are useful and to attribute reservations. While we compare two versions of a product page, the same identifier decides which version you see; the price, specifications and photographs are identical in every version. Only with your permission, we use the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel / Events API to attribute product views, interest and paid reservations to ads. Meta and TikTok receive information about your browser and those events. TikTok also receives the ad click ID and amount paid; we do not share contact or shipping details with TikTok. You can decline advertising cookies or change your choice using “Advertising cookies” in the footer.
